Sous Chef, Italian Cuisine – Relocate to Jamaica! – Up to $35k
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Sous Chef who specialises in Italian Cuisine to join the culinary team at a modern luxury resort. The Italian Chef will oversee all Italian culinary operations on the resort, while taking a highly hands-on, floor-focused leadership role.

Expert in Italian CuisinePrevious experience in a similar role, ideally in a resort/hotel settingExperience in menu planning, recipe development, and creative food presentation.Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide a team of 20 or fewer.Proven ability to manage food costs, inventory, waste, and supply ordering.Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, with a hands-on approach
