Customer Service Apprentice

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing order updates and tracking information. Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Accurately input and process customer orders using internal systems. Assist with general administrative duties across the sales office. Collaborate with team members and departments to support customer service and operational goals. Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

Training:

Working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - no classroom or college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including knowing your customers, understanding the organisation, meeting regulations & legislation, systems & resources, and the customer experience.



Training Outcome:

As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
