Supporting children in a mainstream classroom Leading on interventions Attend weekly staff meetings Contribute to the strong safeguarding culture at Portland Engage in professional development time each week Work alongside a supportive and experienced team Support behaviour through positivity and high expectations

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
To become a fully qualified teaching assistant, supporting children in a mainstream school
