Apprentice Project Administrator

Under supervision, conducting PO (purchase order) reviews to ensure that the PO complies in each particular with the offer and that additions and/or deviations are noted and actioned Attend project meetings and assist with recording and publishing of meeting minutes and chase outstanding actions Liaising with other departments on projects Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and related documents for project shipments and raise invoices accordingly Assist with data entry and report generation for management review Under supervision, review of terms and conditions/ project specifications

Training:
The apprentice will be expected to attend Craven College one day per fortnight and attend work the other 4 days (5 on one week)

Training Outcome:
Prospect of permanent employment at the end of the apprenticeship with good career progression opportunities

A UK based manufacturer with over 70 years of experience of high quality isolation valves in a range of Nickel Aluminium Bronze as well as other alloys, for the Naval Marine, Oil and Gas, Industrial Gas and Chemical markets.

Working Hours :
Days of the week: Monday to Friday Start time: 0830 with flexitime option Finish: 1700 / 1300 Friday
