Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £14 - £20 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Full Time, Monday - Friday, Overtime Available

The Role:

They are looking for a CNC Miller to join their dedicated team.

In this role, you will play a key part in their manufacturing process.

Your duties include configuring CNC machinery for precision part production per specifications.

Responsibilities:

? Interpret intricate engineering drawings accurately
? Choose and install suitable tooling, fixtures, and attachments for every task
? Oversee machine operations to guarantee quality and efficiency
? Fine-tune machine settings for accuracy and productivity maintenance
? Scrutinise completed parts to ensure they meet specified requirements
? Identify and troubleshoot machine performance or programming problems


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a CNC Miller, CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, CNC Setter or in a similar role.
? Must have prior CNC Milling experience and skilled in CNC programming, operation, and setup.
? In-depth knowledge of machining processes and principles.
? Accurate interpretation of technical drawings.
? Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for program modification.
? Expertise in tooling selection, setup, and maintenance.
? Exceptional attention to detail and precise measurement abilities.
