The role is working Monday to Friday (Days 37.5 hours a week)

Roles and Responsibilities as a Project Scheduler
Working closely with managers and internal departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and relationships within project schedules utilising Microsoft Project
Developing accurate schedules that effectively depict the sequence of activities and critical paths required to successfully deliver Programmes.
Collaborating with internal departments to meticulously maintain schedules, including updating progress, recording actual durations, and adjusting sequencing as necessary.
Evaluating schedule performance and providing regular progress reports to managers, highlighting any potential or actual delays.
Maintaining a comprehensive register of schedule risks and opportunities, chairing schedule risk reviews to identify new risks and understand their potential impact on the schedule.
Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining accurate schedule records.

experience in creating and maintaining Schedules in Microsoft Project
Worked within a Manufacturing or Engineering Environment - Manufactured parts Essential
Demonstrated work experience with complex long running projects.
Effective management of schedule risk
Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree
