Civil Site Manager

Construction Site Manager - West Lothian - Salary DOE circa 50-60K    Do you have experience in Site Management?  Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? I am delighted to be recruiting for a  Construction Site Manager to be working directly with a developer.

You will have a strong civils and build background to take a new 250 modular housing development in West Lothian from conception to completion.   New build housing experience to also cover groundworks, civils, drainage, structures, external works, landscaping, masonry, high quality interior designs, M&E coordination.     Key Duties & Responsibilities: Efficiently manage site programmes as agreed with the client and stakeholders; meeting deadlines and expected work outputsManaging and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the  specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costsMaking safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safetyChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control proceduresProviding support and continual guidance for the teamEnsure all activities meet with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations and environmental policiesMaintain resource levels of labour, plant and materialsManaging sub-contractors Qualifications or Required Experience:First Aid at WorkSMSTSCSCS CardCurrent valid driving licenseMUST have experience civils and build backgroundProven experience of efficient programme management within civilsMust have a civil engineering degree or relevant qualification5 + years Project Management experience
