They are lookin for a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef dePartie to join thier team.
The Role:
Youll be responsible for running various sections of a 3-rosette kitchen.
Reporting to the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Hotel Management, youll ensure the highest standards and practices are upheld for environmental health compliance.
Responsibilities:
? Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the speciality section.
? Assist in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes with the Head Chef.
? Handle meat and fish.
? Manage health and safety.
? Ensure food hygiene practices.
? Train Commis Chefs.
? Monitor portion control and reduce waste.
? Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
Requirements:
? Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
? Proficiency in industry standards and practices to ensure top environmental health compliance.
