Finance Assistant Apprentice
Key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Processing purchase invoices including posting to the company’s accountancy software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and dealing with suppliers as required Dealing with customer phone & email enquiries about billing and other matters Creating purchase orders Entering purchase invoices on the company’s accountancy software Updating customer and supplier records on the company’s accountancy software Processing and assisting with employee business expenses Assisting as required with various ad hoc finance projects, analysis and reportingThe role also includes general administration duties:
Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries as required Handling office correspondence and mail Organising employee travel and accommodation & ordering office supplies and stationeryTraining Outcome:
Opportunities for progression are available, either through a Level 3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship or by transitioning into a full-time role.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday. Core hours: 09:45 to 15:45 but teams then tend to plan their working patterns and tasks together beyond that.
