Understanding roofing safety rules, working at height, manual handling, and correct PPE use Carrying tiles, slates, felt, battens, ladders, and tools to and from vans and work areas Handing up tiles/slates, cutting them under supervision, and gradually learning how to lay them in proper rows Preparing the right mixes used for bedding tiles, fixing ridges, or pointing

Training:

You will be training on-site with your employer & will be in college 4 days a month.
