MASH Senior Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for a Senior Social Worker (Decision Maker) for their MASH team in Northamptonshire.

This position is a full-time and permanent.

The ideal Social Workers will have significant MASH/Safeguarding (front door) experience.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Senior Social Worker:

Case work decisions
Supervision for referrals
Collaboration with multiple teams
Reporting to the Team Manager


Requirements for you as the Senior Social Worker:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Registered with Social Work England
Significant front door service experience
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care


Location: Northamptonshire
Salary Scale: £41,103 + £43,051 benefits
