Registered Manager - Learning Disabilites

Are you an experienced Home Manager or Registered Manager within learning disabilities social care? Do you want to work for a fantastic local specialist care provider?
My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Registered Manager, Service Manager or Registered Manager to oversee an 8 bed residential home for learning disabilities based in Fareham, Hampshire.
For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary up to £32,000 plus a 10% Bonus Scheme.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven CQC track record via inspection reports, strong motivational and staff management skills, flair for bringing new ideas to improve services.


The Registered Manager will be offered

Salary of £32,000
10% Bonus Scheme
Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties
Leading social care provider and employer

To be considered as Registered Manager, you must have

QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
