Operations Manager (Damp & Mould/Leak Management)

Our client within the Public Sector based in West London is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their Damp & Mould/Leak Management Team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority such as Residential or Housing environments.The Role Key purpose of the role is to provide client management and mould repairs team, ensuring the repair service is consistently delivered for residents and stakeholder expectations.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensure damp & mould is tackled with resident’s property to keep housing stock compliant and safe
Use technology in the ongoing development and improvement of service
Present and report on performance as required
Utilise finances for the operation of the repairs service ensuring targets are adhered to

The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require:

Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
RICS, RIBA or CIOB

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

Understand legal compliance
Understanding of asset management
Ability to manage and motivate across multiple departments

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £300 Per Day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
