Export Administrator / Customer Services Administrator Bridgwater upto £27,500k My Client, a growing manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, is looking to recruit an additional full time Customer Services Administrator with export administration experience gained within transport or manufacturing The main purpose of the role will be to ensure the complete order process from initial customer contact through to order processing, invoicing and despatch.
This will include obtaining shipping quotes, arranging transport and processing the relevant export documentation Main tasks of the successful Export Administrator will include: ·Processing Sales Orders accurately by telephone and e-mail and letter ·Obtaining transport quotes ·Ensuring correct transportation and export documentation is completed ·Support the Sales team by providing customer requested information i.e.
quotations sales literature, technical specifications, or any appropriate certification details needed.
·Accurately maintaining customer price list and documentation ·Preparation of despatch samples The successful manufacturing administrator will ideally have: ·Customer service / client liaison experience in a manufacturing environment ·Excellent customer service skills, both phone and face to face ·Excellent and accurate computer skills including Word, Excel.
