Our engineers specialise in Commercial Gas, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical covering the Retail Sector .Job Description:We are currently looking for a skilled General Maintenance Engineer to join our team in London.
As a General Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work across various retail locations and petrol stations in your local area covering around 16 sites.
Responsibilities:· General building maintenance including minor plumbing, carpentry, carpark and trolley park maintenance, belt replacement, paint touch ups etc· Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.· Respond to emergency maintenance requests during on-call periods.· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report findings to the supervisor.· Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure effective maintenance operations.· Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
