Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Carrying out repairs and maintenance across various trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling) Assisting with the installation and repair of fixtures and fittings Performing routine checks and inspections on properties Supporting the site team with snagging and finishing works on new builds Preparing properties for handover to clients Ensuring tools and materials are stored safely and correctly

Training:

Priory Apprenticeships are leading provider of apprenticeships designed specifically for education. During your apprenticeship, you will work closely with our Occupational Expert to gains the skills, knowledge and behaviour you need to be a successful multi-skilled tradesperson.

The level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship is a 24 month programme (plus 3 point EPA) delivered through practical, on-the-job training, workshops and mentoring. Upon completion of the course you will have achieved the Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative qualification.

Training Outcome:

On completion you may be offered full time employment and further training in multiple trades.

Employer Description:
We are a small house builder/Developer building large executive homes All trades are covered in house, and we are always doing something different to keep things interesting

Working Hours :
7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. 30mins for lunch and 2x 15min breaks.
