Business Administrator Apprentice
A variety of tasks within the team – from answering phones and
dealing with queries, to advertising for jobs and managing
responses. Also, as experience increases, making outbound calls to
candidates and admin duties relating to booking/unbooking/adding compliance data to the company CRM system
In point form;
Training:
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off-the-job activities and training. On-the-job and off-the-job training will be delivered in the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Good opportunity for progression into other roles within the company and permanent employment.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, between 8am – 4.00pm. Potential need to switch within 1 hour later, but never evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
