Teaching Assistant Apprentice
During the apprenticeship, duties include, but are not limited to:
Supporting students to accomplish their daily goals in a variety of subjects Work with teachers to understand and support assessment Develop effective and informed practiceSafeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Develop strategies for supporting students and staff
Training:
Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Training Outcome:
It is up to you what you do when you have finished your apprenticeship. There may be an opportunity to stay on at the same company and progress to the next level of qualification, High Level Teaching Assistant. Alternatively, you may want to look for a new job or other professional development opportunity For the duration of the apprenticeship, the employer will provide a training contract but may lead to permanent contract if mutually acceptable

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm
