Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice
Looking after our customer base and keeping them informed with the progress of their vehicle
Being a point of contact for customers wanting to book in for diagnostic, servicing, MOT’s or repairs
Assisting in dealing with phone, email, messenger and walk in enquiries
Ensuring information is passed over from the customer to the technicians to allow correct diagnosis of their vehicle
Helping customers with their enquiries and queries in a prompt and correct manner

Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, working hours between 09:00 - 18:00.
