Day Shift Engineer

Day Shift Engineer-Leicestershire-Up to £40,000 DOE Are you an experience mechanical/electrical engineer? Would you like an opportunity to work on a static site? If so this may be the role for you! CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a qualified mechanical/electrical engineer to join an established FM company on a permanent basis.

This role is working within a critical environment and will require you to carry out PPM/reactive works across the site.

This role is based on a 4 on 4 off shift rota basis, with 20 days holiday.

Shift Pattern/Hours:4 on 4 off (12 hour shift, 7-7)Key responsibilities:Day to Day involvement with Building Management SystemUndertake and maintain day to day PPM recordsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcUndertake general housekeeping dutiesPerson specification:Electrical/Mechanically qualified (City&Guilds/NVQ)Previous critical environment experience preferred Customer facing attitude Benefits:Salary up to £40,00020 days holidayCareer progression Further training providedGet in touch with leona@cbwstaffingsolutions.com for more information!
