Apprentice Office Administrative Assistant
Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and direct calls or take messages as appropriate
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Carry out general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support colleagues and management with administrative tasks and projects as needed
Monitor and order office supplies as required
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to carry out daily tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Training:
