Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Assisting senior team members to deliver salon services Engaging positively with clients and promoting a positive image of yourself and the salon Greeting and gowning clients in readiness for their appointment Preparing equipment and products for each appointment Carrying out shampooing, conditioning treatments, cutting, colouring, lightening, and finishing techniques and any other tasks deemed suitable under supervision Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries and making appointments with team members' support Processing client payments with team member support Making and serving refreshments for the clients Promoting our salon services and products Ensuring that the salon is clean and tidy at the end of every shift Commitment to training by attending all training sessions, courses, assessments and reviews Attending staff meetings

Training:

You will train one full day a week at college and work 4 days at our salon.

Training Outcome:

There will be opportunities for progression and a permanent position subject to performance.
