Finance & Operations Assistant Apprenticeship
Assist with weekly upload of supplier purchase orders and maintain supplier records
Support weekly cash counting procedures
Process Floom sales into Vector (our EPOS system)
Assist with scanning, coding and archiving invoices and receipts
Support receipt processing and general bank activity tracking
Contribute to data entry on the Accruals & Prepayments Tracker
Assist with client invoicing and the processing of HTA paper vouchers
Help with supplier payment run preparation and invoice coding in Dext (as needed)
