The successful Commercial Director will be responsible for taking charge of their commercial operations by shaping their commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding their market presence.This is the perfect opportunity for a visionary result driven Commercial Director to join an exciting business with a bright future who can match their career ambition.Responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and management of our product portfolio, including pricing strategies and product launches.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to enhance our market position.Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Data Analysis: Utilise market research and data analysis to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
The Ideal Commercial Director Candidate:
Must have a proven track record in a senior leadership role within the food & beverage industry.MUST have a live network of key contacts within the food industry, predominantly within the grocery channel.Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
