Job Title: Goods In Supervisor Location: Runcorn Salary: £25,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-4pm)     The Candidate   Excellent organisation and planning skillsTeam Leading or Supervision experience required.Time management abilityVerbal and written communication skills to a high standard Logical reasoning and problem solving IT skillsGood attention to detail and a good finisherPositive attitude The Role The Goods In Supervisor is responsible for the goods in process.

Communicating the Goods In process, arranging transportation of goods, and receiving inbound returns into the warehouse system and locations.

Maintain operating standards ensuring best practices as defined by the company.

Facilitate the planning of deliveries to ensure available storage and efficient goods in process flow.

Supervise the goods inwards process to ensure all goods are receipted and processed accurately within set time frames.

Daily task management Supervision of a medium sized team (circa 8 staff) across multiple warehouses Supervising the development of warehouse operative’s skills.

Uphold team performance via KPI management.

Maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all H&S concerns are raised and corrective measures implemented.
