Job Title              Deputy Head of Operations Salary:                 £40,000 - £45,000 + BonusLocation:            LondonMy client is a leading contract caterer, and we are excited to be working with them to find a passionate and experienced Deputy Head of Operations for one of their large-scale venue contracts.

The Deputy Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across matchday and non-matchday business, encompassing hospitality, as well as and conferencing and events.We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading an exceptional hospitality service and with conference and events experience.Key responsibilities:
Support in leading the hospitality department on matchdays and event daysEnsuring the smooth planning and delivery of a high-end serviceAssist the team in delivering operational efficiency, planning and presentation of the food and beverage offerWork closely with the events teams to deliver best practiceTraining and development of the operations teamsWeekly rotas, scheduling and client billing processesBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience of working in a high-volume food and beverage led environmentExperience of the C&E function within a venue and knowledge of large eventsExcellent client and stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and inspire the teamStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as requiredAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
