Business Development Executive/Manager (Pump/gearbox)

Location: Cheddar, Somerset (Office Based)

Salary: Up to £30k Basic + Performance Bonus + Package

A leading electromechanical services provider for rotating equipment is looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for sales administration, research, and identification of new business opportunities.

Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling quotations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities from dormant and new accounts.
? Provide excellent customer service and maintain high service levels.
? Create and close quotations/enquiries accurately and promptly.
? Implement Sales Directors strategies and prioritise sales-related tasks.
? Collaborate with Area Sales Managers on sales documentation and lead generation.


Requirements:

? Proven experience in a similar role
? Previous industry knowledge within the pump or gearbox industry(preferred)
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Customer-focused with a professional telephone manner.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
