I am looking for an experienced and Ambitious Children's Deputy or Team Leader to oversee a therapeutic children's home in Wigan.

The Children's Deputy Manager role is paying a fantastic salary of £31,000 - £33,000 per annum.
To be considered for the Deputy Manager role, you must have :

Previous Ofsted experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience in a children's home
Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare or equivalent
Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
Hardworking, resilient and a positive personality who is dedicated to a child focused practice
