Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Our client is a reputable principal contractor who specialises in high-end residential and commercial construction and refurbishment projects.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a high volume, central London residential project based in Victoria, Central London.
This is a permanent full-time position.

Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying
Experience with JCT Contracts
4 Projects – Basic Level
Excel 2016 Intermediate
Experience working with Main Contractors
Knowledge of Listed or Heritage buildings.
