CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Client Engagement Executive
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum + Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am-6.00pm (with one-hour unpaid lunch break)
Location: Wimborne, Dorset

Our client is a well-established and reputable estate agency serving Wimborne and surrounding areas.

They provide first class estate services to their clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a proactive and organised Client Engagement Executive to join their team and help streamline daily operations.

As a Client Engagement Executive you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, and your efficiency and professionalism will contribute to the overall success of the agency.

You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing administrative support to Property Consultants.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Follow up with clients on appointments and enquiries, providing prompt feedback on their property.
Ensure that clients receive a positive and memorable experience, whether it be buying or selling a home.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with estate agents and team with document preparation, such as facilitating property listings, showings, and transactions.
Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients.
Create compelling marketing materials for properties available for sale and put together weekly newsletters.
Ensure all compliance check are completed for all clients, such as anti-money laundering and GDPR.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.


To be successful in this role within estate agency, you need to have:

Previous experience in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong attention to detail.
