Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Leading, well-regarded legal firm is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Tamworth.
Our client is a renowned law firm with over 30 years’ experience who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services to clients, consistently exceeding expectations.
Within this role as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, your duties may include:

Managing and developing a full caseload across a spectrum of Corporate Commercial matters including company formation, memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions, terms of business and share options.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice is provided to clients.
Support wider members of the Company Commercial team
Business Development and marketing initiatives
Provide excellent client care

The successful candidate will ideally have between 1-4 years’ PQE, has excellent analytical and client care skills, can prioritise their time effectively and works well as part of a team.
