ICT apprenticeship
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources
Ensure the IT systems of ticketing and asset management are kept up to date
Training Outcome:
The company may offer a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship

Trycare is an independent dealer with over 28,000 dental and chiropody products supplying thousands of dentists and podiatrists across the UK, with our current growth we are looking to scale our IT Department to include an IT support apprentice.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
