Property Manager

Dove and Hawk have partnered with this fantastic estate agency, looking for a Property Manager to join their team in Vauxhall.

Duties:

Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
Main point of contact for tenants and landlord.
Maintenance Issues
Rent Chasing
Preparation and serving of Section 21 Notices
Preparation and serving of Section 8 Notices
Deposit administration
Property Inspections
Compliance – ensuring all gas safety, EICR, EPC’s are up to date

Days & Hours: Mon - Thurs 9am - 6pm - Fri - 9am - 5:30pm Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 - per annum
