Business Transaction Manager/ finance Sales Manager (Car dealership)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: Basic £30k OTE Up to £100k + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a manager to join their one of the leading automotive organisations offering luxury vehicles and bespoke modifications to customers.

Duties:

? Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external partners to identify their needs and recommend suitable finance and insurance products.
? Maximise profitability by promoting finance packages and insurance products alongside vehicle sales.
? Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate data entry and utilisation.
? Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives during the sales process.
? Coordinate with Handover Specialists to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience for customers.


Requirements:

? Prior background in roles such as Business Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or comparable positions within the automotive finance industry.
? Adaptability to customise finance packages according to individual customer needs.
? Proficiency in working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
? Experience in evaluating loan proposals using various methods, including credit scoring and affordability analysis.
? A customer-centric approach to product or service delivery.
? Leadership skills and the ability to create an enabling environment for the team.


Shift:

? Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6:30 pm and Midday to 9 pm
? Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm.
? Alternate Sundays: 10 am - 5 pm.
