Helpdesk Administrator - Leading Service Provider - Chiswick - £35k per annum CBW is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management.
One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.Hours of work: 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday Full time in the office Key duties and responsibilities:Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.Check and maintain FM Helpdesk InboxSchedule reactive and help desk call outs.To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting dataSupport the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectivesAttending to queries should they ariseGeneral administration supportRaising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasksOrganisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilledRequirements:Help Desk ExperienceExperience in FM Able to commit to a Permanent role Please send your CV to Paige at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
