R and Recruitment Advisor

As a HR and Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in two key areas:
Recruitment and HR - Your expertise will drive the recruitment of high-calibre employees and ensure smooth onboarding.
You'll also serve as the primary contact for Employee Relations (ER) queries and oversee HR processes, contributing to our client's success.

Recruitment:
Collaborate with collegues to define role requirements.
Develop and finalise job descriptions and advertise vacancies.
Evaluate and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews.
Perform pre-employment checks, ensuring legal right to work in the UK.
Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring training and policy adherence.
HR Advisor:
Provide guidance and manage various issues, including sickness and performance concerns.
Document and oversee employee probation.
Manage support worker supervision and appraisals.
Ensure timely support worker training updates.
Oversee monthly timesheet and payroll submissions.
Lead annual support worker pay reviews.
Assist Case Managers in implementing HR policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Prior recruitment and HR experience is essential.
A CIPD qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proficiency in IT tools (email, internet, case management systems) with training provided as needed.
