Are you an AI Researcher looking for a new opportunity? If so, our client, a global consumer electronics company, is actively expanding their team. This role is based at one of their flagship AI centres in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
As the AI Researcher, Surrey, you will:
Innovate novel AI technologies to enhance audio quality on embedded devices. Improve the run time performance of the AI model on device, including optimising model size, latency and quality. Have technical responsibility for one or more significant sections of the assigned project. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design. Ensure that work packages meet requirements, pass quality standards and are integrated with other parts of the system.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this AI Researcher role, Surrey, you must have:
A Master’s or higher degree in Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related discipline. An equivalent period of industrial experience may be substituted. Proven skills in compiling, deploying, profiling and optimising latency and quality models on embedded devices (NPU and/or CPU). Excellent general AI skills, including improving quality of models using various techniques, as well as developing new architectures and novel training approaches. Experience with building training pipelines, applying new datasets and achieving timely results. Specific experience and application of general sound enhancement technologies for voice or other audio components, including but not limited to AI technologies.
