Business Administration Apprenticeship
Answering external/internal telephone calls in a professional manner, ensuring relevant information is gathered and messages passed on to the relevant person in a timely manner.
Welcoming visitors ensuring they are logged into the building, offered drinks and host is informed of their arrival.
Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings as necessary and tidying/clearance of the room at the end of the meeting.
Post duties, ensure all incoming and out going post is logged and distributed in a timely manner.
Data entry and reporting – performing data entry tasks, updating databases with accurate information.
Record Management – maintaining and organising physical and digital files ensuring the firm remains GDPR compliant. Filing and scanning client files to work towards a paperless office environment, returning client files etc.
Assisting with daily, weekly, monthly H&S checks to ensure the building is safe and compliant.
Ensure all communal areas are tidy and stocked as appropriate.
Work as part of team and supporting colleagues with any ad hoc requests.
Training:
Business Administration - Level 2/3 - work based training with end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
Upon competition of the apprenticeship a full time position will be reviewed.
