Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web or software applications Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug code Learn and apply programming best practices Participate in code reviews and team meetings Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code under guidance Continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills through training and mentoring

Training:
Software Development Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position
