Early Years Apprentice

Providing a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times Work with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children Observe and document children’s progress and development, ensuring their individual needs are met Meeting the policies and procedures
Support children with daily routines such as mealtimes, naps, and outdoor play Planning activities that ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes and goals previously set Work towards gaining your Early Years qualifications through supported study and practical experience

Training Outcome:
Progression to Nursery Manager/lead Residential Childcare (level 3) Healthcare Support (level 3) Children, young people & Families practitioner (level 4)
