IT Technical Sales Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work:

Answer calls and provide excellent customer support Process orders accurately and efficiently Reply to customer messages and resolve inquiries in a timely manner Manage customer feedback professionally Ensure all products are in stock and listed correctly to maximise sales Maintain and update drop-ship product listings with accurate delivery times Support the team with other essential business tasks as needed

Training:

IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments Wise Origin is a national training provider which was established in 2006 We deliver further education and provide employment opportunities through our Apprenticeship Programmes and other funded provisions We specialise in Digital, IT & Data Apprenticeships and our aim is to help businesses and individuals make wise decisions for better futures Throughout the program, you will receive dedicated support from your tutor to ensure your success
