Apprentice Parts Advisor

Order intake and processing:

Receiving orders via telephone, email and any other medium made available such as on-line portals Booking parts out of stock and preparing delivery notes

Order Picking/Dispatch:

Pick parts, package them securely, prepare address labels for couriers Goods in/out Receipt incoming spare parts into stock and locate them in parts dept Book in warranty returned spare parts and locate in the quarantine area When necessary, load and unload spare parts and equipment from delivery vehicles

Customer Service:

Assist customers and internal staff with the identification of spare parts Creating quotations for customers Assist customers with queries related to departmental issues – such as late deliveries, incorrect parts etc. Update customers with ETAs

Training:
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Standard qualification End Point Assessment Work based training

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship you will be offered a permanent position as a parts advisor.

Working Hours :
Rota will cover between 07.00 & 17.00, Monday to Friday.
