Early Years Educator Apprentice

Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun Providing challenging and stimulating activities for all children appropriately Ensuring that all health and hygiene requirements are always adhered to Following safeguarding rules Supporting children’s learning and development, including supporting planning and observations Being creative and enthusiastic Establish positive relationships to assist in structured learning activities and free play To help ensure the nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times To ensure records are properly maintained, e.g., daily attendance register, accident and incident book, risk assessments Work with colleagues and others to maintain health, safety and welfare within the working environment

Training:
The training will take place at University Academy Holbeach, Park Road, Holbeach, PE12 7PU everyt Monday - Term Time only

Training Outcome:
For the successful candidate, there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualifications

Employer Description:
Moulton Harrox Pre-School is based in Moulton, Lincolnshire, in the John Harrox Primary School. It caters for children from the age of 2-11 years of age and they offer a breakfast club, Pre-school and after school club, term time only. The setting has 1 fully trained Early Years SENCO's, 2 members of staff who are Elklan trained to support children with speech and language difficulties, 2 members of staff who have undertaken training in supporting children with autism.We have experience of dealing with speech, language and communication difficulties, visual impairment, autism, asthma, allergies and behavioural difficulties.

Working Hours :
Total hours to be confirmed but minimum of 30 guaranteed working during the school term time. Hours will be on a rota basis within the hours of Breakfast Club, Pre School and After School club (7.45am and 6pm).
