Identify and diagnose issues and problems Categorise and record reported queries and provide solutions Support problem identification Advise users on an appropriate course of action Provide essential online security advice and support Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of service and support Answer incoming support calls and log accurate time spent Provide clear communications between Bondgate IT and their customers

Training:

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
