Equine Apprenticeship

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work:

All aspects of horse care e.g. Grooming Mucking out Trimming and clipping Plaiting Lungeing and riding Health care Feeding Assisting with running of events Assisting with customer care and experience

Training:

Equine Groom Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying Functional Skills if required

Training Outcome:
For the right candidate there may be progression on to the Level 3 Senior Equine Groom apprenticeship

Rectory Farm is a very busy livery and competition yard where you will gain a vast amount of experience set in beautiful Cotswold countryside.

Working Hours :
Work hours to be confirmed. May require some weekend work.
