The hotel is part of one of the most esteemed and recognized hotel brands in the industry, boasting approximately 300 exquisite rooms, captivating decor, and an exceptional level of service.

Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring readiness of front office and support staff for their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.Participate in meetings with fellow department managers to provide updates on matters such as VIP arrivals, guest complaints, occupancy rates, and more.Establish targets for the team related to upselling, cross-selling, and rewards.Oversee cash transactions.Compile daily reports.Assign guest rooms.Manage the front office team consisting of 30-35 members.Ensure that logbooks are consistently updated.Assist guests with their requests and effectively address complaints.Maintain an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Supervise shifts and lead the team.Provide training and coaching to front office staff.
The Ideal Candidate
Possesses a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in front desk operations.Holds a diploma in tourism or hotel management (preferred).Demonstrates proficiency in Opera/Protel systems.Has a strong aptitude for sales, encompassing cross-selling and up-selling.Fluent in both English and German.Willingness to work on weekdays and weekends, encompassing morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
