Supply Chain Analyst Apprentice (Clinigen)

Invoice Verification: Analyse and verify logistics invoices against actual shipments and rate cards to ensure accuracy in billing, identifying discrepancies or potential errors Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data science tools and techniques to process and analyse large datasets related to shipments, invoices, and rate cards. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise processes and reduce costs Develop Analytical Models: Work on creating and refining data models that can identify trends, forecast demand, and enhance decision-making processes across the supply chain Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with logistics teams, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and ensure alignment with contract terms and pricing agreements Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of automated processes and dashboards to streamline reporting and data accuracy, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of analyses, reports, and findings to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures Support Data-Driven Decisions: Assist in generating actionable insights from data to support key supply chain decisions, enhancing overall operational effectiveness

Training:

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
