Apprentice Digital Systems Officer
Main duties will include:
Creation and maintenance of corporate online services, including the corporate website, micro sites, portals and online self-service forms. Understand the architecture and design content to support service areas with design and usability. Create, review, and evolve online content, whilst always ensuring that content is accessible and meets the corporate web standards and the GOV.UK design principles. Use information provided from web governance and analytics tools, to monitor and optimise the quality and accessibility of the corporate website and micro-sites. Plan, map, and build online customer forms as part of the service review, to improve the digital offer. Challenge service area contacts around appropriateness of web content and online services.Training:
You will spend 1 day a week at Hull college. The remaining time you will be in the workplace learning off of experienced members of the team.
Also, the skills coach from Hull College will attend your place of work to observe.
Training Outcome:
For the right candidate on completion of the apprenticeship there could potentially be a full-time position available.

Working Hours :
9am - 5pm Monday – Thursday, 9am - 4.30pm Friday.
