Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice
Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and resources
Support pupils with learning activities, both individually and in groups
Support with classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide extra support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Supervise pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and visits
Assist with administrative tasks such as marking, record-keeping, and organising supplies

During your apprenticeship, you will work closely with our Occupational Expert to gains the skills, knowledge and behaviour you need to be a successful and qualified learning Support Assistant
The level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship is an 18-month programme (plus 3 point EPA) delivered through practical, on-the-job training, workshops and mentoring
Upon completion of the course you will have achieved the Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent subject to the needs of the school
Previous apprentices have gone on to foundation degrees and become teachers
