Apprentice Highways Network Technician

Support the Extreme Weather Engineer in managing and communicating extreme weather events. Play a key role in developing plans and strategies to effectively manage the network. Support the Council’s Traffic Manager in the delivery of the statutory Highway Network and Traffic Management duties, ensuring compliance with the relevant technical, services, statutes and legal standards relating to the Authorities highway and transport network.

Training Outcome:

There is the potential for you to secure long term employment with the Council upon completion of your qualification, and the ability to apply for internal vacancies restricted to employees throughout your apprenticeship.
